Pre Conference Tour

Friday 22nd October
9:15am - Pick up by Murrays Coach at Becker House, Gordon St, ACTON

  • Conducted tours to Parliament House, The high Court and the Australian National Art Gallery
  • BBQ Lunch and drinks at Burbong Station
  • Demonstration of sheep shearing and working sheep dogs
  • Private tour of Government House Gardens
  • "World Tour" of Embassy Buildings in the Diplomatic Area
  • Return to Becker House approximately 4:15pm
  • Registration Becker House 4:15-5:00pm


"Dinkum Aussie" Spit Roast

Saturday 23rd October - Evening

Outdoors at 16 Kallaroo Road, Pialligo. Hosts Peg and John McCarthy. Plenty to eat and drink. Casual dress/jeans - warm jacket.

Transport from Becker House 6:00pm if required. Please indicate on your registration form.


End of Conference Buffet Dinner

Monday 25th October
6:30pm at Canberra Yacht Club

Pre-dinner drinks and nibbles by the waters edge - Dress up a little if you wish.

Transport from Becker House can be arranged if required but please indicate on your registration form

The Old Convent Geranium Nursery at Wombat - NSW (lunch included).
